He holds a Masters in Computer Science from University of Edinburgh and loves his traveling, beer and food.

Arpita Ganesh

Founder and CEO - Buttercups

Arpita is the founder/CEO of Buttercups, a vertical intimates brand. Having been an entrepreneur for over 18 yrs of which 8 have been in the intimate wear space, she is regarded as an expert in the space and has consulted to the likes of M&S and Fredrick's from LA, for market strategy and sourcing. She also launched India's only Bra sizing app, ABTF in 2013.
In her 21 yr career which has spanned Hotels, Advertising and now retail, she has gained immense experience in the Online e-com space, brand building, marketing and of course everything related to start-ups and funding, since she has had one failed and currently a successful start-up, which has raised funding from various channels, including crowd funding, angles and institutional investors.
She currently also mentors a selective few passionate entrepreneurs, with their business model, funding and go to market strategy.

Pratik Agarwal

Associate Vice President - SAIF Partners

Prior to joining SAIF in 2015, Pratik worked for Remind.com as a Product Manager in San Francisco. Before that, he worked with Airbnb and started two companies. He holds his MBA from Harvard Business School and B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi.



Subhendu Panigrahi

Founder and CEO - Venturesity

Subhendu Panigrahi has worked with startups in California and Bangalore. Before co-founding Venturesity, he worked in a RFID startup based out of LA, California. Known as chalta firta or perambulating LinkedIn; Subhendu is an active community leader of Bangalore Startup ecosystem. He leads India's largest online startups community called Bangalore Startups. Subhendu holds bachelors and masters degree from IIT Kharagpur where he was leading a team of 50 students at the institute’s Entrepreneurship Cell. He leads Venturesity’s product and growth efforts on a day to day basis and has helped build the business and team. Subhendu believes in contributing to society through creating opportunities for people through entrepreneurship.

Priya Suresh

YCombinator Fellow. Founder - Pareto

Priya Surya is the CEO and Founder of Pareto (YC F3), an early stage fintech startup that provides closed peer to peer lending to companies and their employees. Prior to founding Pareto, she led new market growth in Asia for Bima--a mobile microinsurance company, and worked with the World Bank on technology and financial inclusion in South Asia. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School with an MPA in International Development and a bachelor's degree from City University of New York.

Revathy is an Angel Investor who is passionate about Women's Economic Empowerment and evangelising entrepreneurship. She's actively involved in a number of startups helping them with their business strategy and promoting transparency and good governance.

Sumit Chakraberty is a Contributing Editor at Tech in Asia, where he writes about the Indian tech startup scene. Earlier he was a newspaper editor and TV news anchor. He has also written a cricket book.
